Rhyanne is a psychotherapist who recently graduated from Yorkville University with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Prior to completing her graduate degree, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and gained experience working and volunteering in community mental health and crisis-response settings.

Throughout her clinical training and professional experience, Rhyanne has had the opportunity to work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances. Her experience has included spending significant time working with first responders, veterans, and military personnel, which has given her insight into the unique demands that can come with frontline and high-stress roles. She has also supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, stress, trauma, and major life transitions.

Rhyanne draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-informed interventions. She recognizes that no two clients — or two therapy sessions — are the same and therefore takes an individualized approach to treatment. Rather than following one specific modality, Rhyanne works collaboratively with each client to determine what approaches and strategies best fit their needs, goals, and circumstances.

Rhyanne takes a collaborative, compassionate, and person-centered approach to therapy. She believes therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, ask questions, and talk about the parts of life that may be harder to say out loud elsewhere. Rather than telling clients what they should do, Rhyanne works alongside them to better understand what is happening, identify what matters to them, and find a way forward that feels realistic and meaningful.
